Members can verify with a government ID and a live selfie through Stripe. Look for the Verified badge before you agree to a deal.
Record the handover
At check-in, and at return for rentals, both sides can add photos, a video and notes, so the item’s condition is on record.
Get it in writing
A PDF agreement names both people and lists the item, its condition, the dates, the price and any deposit or insurance required. It’s signed at check-in.
